TALENT AND PHOTO RELEASE

I hereby grant and authorize Jason Winters, it’s parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of in any way, any pictures, videos or other media I have submitted to Jason Winters. This authorization includes using my likeness for any and all types of promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to websites, social networking sites and any and all other types of print or digital media without payment or any other consideration. This authorization expressly includes the use of any video, written or audio testimonials by myself endorsing Jason Winters. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization will continue in perpetuity unless I revoke it in writing. I understand that any materials submitted to Jason Winters become the property of the website and will not be returned. I hereby hold harmless, and release Jason Winters from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I warrant that I am the age of consent (18 year or older) and that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
